Hello!

My name is Corinne Clapper. I have been a licensed tattoo artists since 2014 in Rhode Island. I have always been drawn to various mediums of art but I first started tattooing after bouncing around a few different art schools. I didn’t know how I would make a career out of being an artist but I did know I always loved body modifications.

Tattoos and piercings have represented to me the ability to customize ones self and to take on a personal physical challenge. There is the chance to come out the other end with something permanent and beautiful. The experience of being tattooed is something I have fallen in love with. It just so happens I also get to share my art at the same time.

I enjoy tattooing in a variety of styles but find myself gravitating towards neo traditional and illustrative styles. I find a lot of inspiration in horror and occult artwork, scientific / medical illustrations and, manga but am always trying to find other avenues of inspiration.
Outside of tattooing I love to travel with my partner, collect books, and try not to kill my plants. I have a cat and a dog and there is no way you will make it through our session without hearing about them at least once.
